  • How can I switch to Goodest Properly?

    While some can adjust to a new diet without issues, others may experience temporary digestive upset, like loose stools, as they get used to the new food. To avoid this, we recommend gradually mixing small amounts of the new food with the current food over a 7-day period. Each day, increase the proportion of the new food while decreasing the current food.

    Days 1-2 (25% Goodest, 75% old food): Start by mixing 25% Goodest with 75% old food.
    Days 3-4 (50% Goodest, 50% old food): Increase to 50% Goodest and 50% old food.
    Days 5-6 (75% Goodest, 25% old food): Transition to 75% Goodest and 25% old food.
    Day 7+ (100% Goodest): Serve 100% Goodest as your pet’s new mealtime delight!

    We do not recommend mixing Goodest with human food. Pets have unique nutritional needs, and feeding them table food can cause long-term health issues. Goodest is specially formulated to provide complete and balanced nutrition—no need to mix it with anything else!

  • Can unfinished food in the bowl be stored for the next feeding?

    No, leftover food should be discarded as it can become contaminated with dirt, bacteria, and microorganisms.

  • What is the proper storage for opened packs?

    Make sure to refrigerate opened packs to keep them fresh. However, any unused food should be discarded after 24–48 hours to keep your pet safe and happy!
